Chuck E. Cheese
Newer Better Now
360 | Brand Campaign | Eatertainment
While Chuck E. Cheese was wildly popular among suburban families in the ’90s and early 2000s, a lot of people nowadays perceive the chain as outdated. To help reignite the iconic family entertainment experience of years past, we created a 360 brand refresh that appeals to today’s kids and millennial parents who remember the fun times of their own childhood. With updated games, fresh new food, the latest prizes, and exciting experiences, there’s a lot to rediscover. Chuck E. Cheese was awesome back in the day, but it’s newer and even better now!
In order to maximize our reach, we secured a placement during Nickelodeon’s first-ever, kid-focused broadcast of Super Bowl LVIII! This campaign marked the pinnacle our agency’s relationship with Chuck E. Cheese. Through this brand relaunch and other work, we transformed Chuck E. Cheese's social media content, resulting in increased impressions by 93%, engagements by 168%, and engagement rate by 39%.
As a bonus, we gave away 50 million E-Tickets nationwide in a buzz-worthy PR stunt to increase brand awareness about the newer, better Chuck E. Cheese.
Through a combination of strategic thinking, campaign innovation, and engaging content, we played a crucial role in refreshing the iconic Chuck E. Cheese brand. It all came to life in broadcast, paid and organic social, digital, PR, and a completely new brand design system. We helped the Chuck E. Cheese revitalize its image, reconnect with its target audience, and drive business growth.
